Repairs

To send in your repair please take the following steps

• Fill out and submit our repair form or give us a call at 800-541-9123
• Package your shipment well. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
• Ship via UPS or FedEx only
  
  Do not ship through the post office. They don’t deliver to us. 
• Our repair shop is open 7am-2pm PST Monday-Thursday.
• We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your unit with an estimate.
