Phone Orders
  • All our orders ship via UPS or FedEx the same business day.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Orders shipping FedEx must be placed by 2:00pm PST to go out the same business day. All FedEx orders placed after this time will ship out the next business day.
  • Orders shipping UPS must be placed by 3:00pm PST to go out the same business day. All UPS orders placed after this time will ship out the next business day.
  • Tracking numbers are emailed from UPS or Fedex to the email address we have on file. If you need help tracking your package please give us a call at 800-541-9123.
  • Please let us know if you would like a signature required. Otherwise we do not require signatures for our packages.
  • All shipping speeds are not guaranteed. Our carriers make every effort to deliver within the requested speed. Many factors can delay a shipment. The most common is whether at their Hubs. We do not refund shipping costs due to Natural Disasters or Weather related delays.
Online Orders
  • All online orders ship via FedEx or UPS. If you would like a signature required please check the signature required box at checkout. Otherwise we do not ship with signature required.

  • All transmitters ship FedEx 2day. If added to a receiver kit they will ship with the receiver ground speed. If you require expedited shipping please call and we are happy to help.
