If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from Prototek Corp. If you did not purchase directly from us please contact the seller.

Push Rodders – All push rodders and rodder accessories are final sale.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within the number of days allocated by your card issuer’s policy.


Please ship using UPS or FedEx only.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can email you a return shipping label upon request. Shipping charges will be deducted from the total of your return.
Shipping charges on delayed packages are non-refundable when the cause is due to weather, the customer providing an incorrect address, or any natural disaster.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please contact us as soon as possible. FedEx and UPS require us to start an investigation within 14 days of shipment. After they do an investigation (about 48 hours from when we report the package missing) and they still can’t find the package, we will then start the claims process. If they refund us for the lost or stolen items, we will then refund you for the total amount.
